Nicole, Cara and Karrie are teaming up once again to bring you everything you need to prepare for the addition of a new baby. They'll be covering the emotional and family adjustments a new baby brings, breastfeeding basics and troubleshooting, as well as healing tips and how to rehab your body well after baby.
